To carry on with its mission, the Foundation aims to legally challenge the State, its representatives and its affiliates for using legislative tools that compromise the individuals’ rights and freedoms, and for implementing measures deemed excessive and unfounded within a democratic system such as that of Québec and Canada.

For transparency purposes, the Foundation makes the legal documentation and scientific expertise used in support of its prosecutions available to anyone.
