MISSIONS OF THE FOUNDATION
EVER SINCE IT WAS CREATED BACK IN MAY 2020

The three missions of the FDPRF can be summarized as follows:

1. Legal Component:

To legally challenge the State, its representatives and its affiliates for using legislative tools that compromise the individuals’ rights and freedoms, and for implementing measures deemed excessive and unfounded within a democratic system such as that of the Province of Quebec and Canada.

2. Rallying Component:

To plan, organize and conduct pacific rallying activities that provide opportunities for people to gather together as a unified force in order to claim the end of health measures and defend their rights and freedoms.

3. Collective Awareness Component:

To plan, produce and publish texts, as well as live and recorded videos, with a view to draw a complete and documented picture of the level of injustice perspiring from our legal, political and economic affairs that affects our community.

ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE FOUNDATION

Legal Component

1- (June 2020): On June 8, 2020, Mr. Guy Bertrand files an appeal for judicial review  against the Province of Quebec Government in regards to the Loi des mesures d’urgence sanitaire (COVID19 and bill 61).

2- (June 2020):  Advisory letter from Mr. Guy Bertrand to the Lieutenant Governor of Quebec begging them not to give royal assent to Bill 61.

3- (July 2020): Rocco Galati files a legal action against the governments of Canada and Ontario regarding all the repressive measures related to COVID19. The FDPRF payed 100% of the legal fees for Vaccine Choice Canada.

4- (July 2020): Rocco Galati files a legal action against Radio-Canada / CBC regarding its one-sided news coverage on COVID19. The FDPRF payed 100% of the legal fees for Vaccine Choice Canada.

5- (August 2020): Preparation of a draft legal order and appeal for judicial review against potential mandatory vaccination in Quebec. Lead lawyer: Mr. Réginal Victorin.

6- (January 2021): Preparation of a legal action against Ville de Longueuil for allowing its police force to enter a residence without a warrant and to use excessive force against a civilian (Taser gun) – (The lawyer wishes to remain anonymous). The plaintiff (victim) won their case.

8- (October 2020): Mr. Jean Dury addresses the disciplinary committee of the Order of Chiropractors of the Province of Quebec to defend a chiropractor’s freedom of speech.

9- (2020, 2021, 2022): Legal services are provided by the Foundation’s lawyers in order to advise citizens who were ticketed in relation to social distancing and to bail certain rights and freedoms activists (Mr. Jean Dury, Mr. Desjarlais and Mr. Lafrance)

11- (October 2020): Mr. Desjarlais takes over the appeal for judicial review originally filed by Mr. Bertrand on June 8, 2020.  Nine internationally renowned experts work on that file to help the Province of Quebec (see experts here: https://fddlp.org/experts/). All measure-related topics are covered: PCR tests, social distancing, masks, closing of businesses deemed non-essential, etc.

12- (December 2020): Mr. Dominic Desjarlais attends the Post Covid-19: Stockholm Peace Summit, along with a few of our experts.

13- (January 2021): A liability letter discussing »Pfizer’s and Moderna’s Experimental Injection » is prepared by the Foundation (with the help of Mr. Desjarlais and backed by the studies of internationally renowned experts) and served by bailiff on the Premier of the Province of Quebec, and served by mail or bailiff on the 124 other members of the Assemblée nationale and on the Director of Public Health.

14- (January 2021): Filing of »habeas corpus » proceeding to end the curfew in the Province of Quebec. Lawyer: Mr. Dominic Desjarlais.

15- (March 2021): A second liability letter discussing »Pfizer’s and Moderna’s Vaccine » is prepared by the Foundation (with the help of Mr. Desjarlais and backed by the studies of internationally renowned experts) and served by bailiff on the Premier of the Province of Quebec, and served by mail or bailiff on the 124 other members of the Assemblée nationale and on the Director of Public Health.

16- (March 2021): Mr. Desjarlais files an appeal for judicial review. Nine internationally renowned experts work on that file to help the Province of Quebec. All COVID19-related topics are covered: PCR tests, social distancing, masks, closing of businesses deemed non-essential, curfew, etc.

17- (August 13, 2021): Hearing of an appeal for judicial review in order to end the wearing of masks in the Province of Quebec.

18- (September / October 2021): Financial support to Mr. Natalia Manole (legal order and appeal for judicial review filed in order to put an end to the forced administration of experimental injections, as required by some employers in the Province of Quebec).

19- (September 2021): Logistics support (free access to expert reports) in regards to the independent prosecution led by Mr. Hans Mercier in order to put an end to the vaccination passport in the Province of Quebec.

20- (January 2022): Preparation of targeted legal actions in order to put an end to the policies imposed by some employers in the Province of Quebec in order to force the administration of experimental injections, and to compensate for the damages caused to their employees as a result of those policies. (lawyer: Mr. Myriam Bohémier)

21- (January 2022): Fundraiser for Mr. Natalia Manole. File: preserving the caregivers’ right to see their loved ones.

23- (January 2022): Provide access to expert reports and experts in a dispute led by Mr. Gloriane Blais regarding the vaccination of a child with messenger RNA.

Rallying Component

 

The FDPRF is proud to have organized the first marches and convoys in 2020, in the Province of Quebec:

1- Montreal rally, July 25

2- March in the streets of Montreal, August 8, 2020 (40 000 to 50 000 participants, according to estimates)

3- March in the streets of Montreal, September 12, 2020 (65 000 to 75 000 participants, according to estimates)

4- Co-organization of the Trois-Rivières march, September 27, 2020

5- Co-organization of the Rimouski march, October 3, 2020

6- Co-organization of the mega convoy of vehicles, October 24, 2020 (85 km long)

7- Co-organization of the mega convoy of vehicles, November 28, 2020

8- Creation of the FDPRF’s Ambassadors Club (nearly 400 members) with a view to strengthen the Foundation’s presence throughout Canada and even in Europe.

Collective Awareness Component

Several written publications and Facebook streams and/or videos were produced and published on the Foundation’s website, in order to trigger the community’s collective awareness during the health crisis.
